Define your vision with SMART goals
Prayerfully discern your church's mission, values, and unique calling, tailored to your community. Write a concise vision statement and set Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound goals (e.g. "Reach 20 core team members by Week 4").
Build a core team with diverse skills
Recruit 5–10 committed individuals, including digital-savvy members for online outreach. Interview for spiritual maturity and complementary skills (tech, hospitality, music).
Choose a strategic location & digital presence
Identify a community with real needs; secure a hybrid space (physical venue + online platform). Stand up a basic website and social profiles.
Develop a launch plan with a budget
Set a launch date and create a realistic budget including digital tools and ads. Outline expenses and fundraising (online giving).
