100 Strong ("100 Strong," "we," "us") is a free ministry resource operated by NetMinistry that helps pastors grow their churches toward 100+ members. We respect the trust you place in us and keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to serve you. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information - your name and email address when you create a free account. Passwords are stored only as a secure, salted hash; we never see your actual password.
- Your progress and assessments - the milestones and steps you check off, and the results of any Church Health Check you take, so your progress is saved and available across your devices.
- Stories you submit - if you share a testimonial, the name, church, location, and story you provide, plus an optional contact email so we can follow up. You control what you submit.
- Technical information - standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) and basic, privacy-respecting usage data used to keep the site secure and improve it.
How we use your information
- To provide the service - saving your progress, scoring your Health Check, and showing you the right next step.
- To send account email you'd expect - email confirmation and password resets.
- To improve 100 Strong - understanding what's helpful so we can refine the guidance for every pastor.
- To publish testimonials you submit - only after review, and only the content you provided for display. Your contact email is never shown publicly.
We send essential, account-related email (such as confirmation and password reset) through our email provider. We do not sell your email address. If we ever offer an optional newsletter, it will be clearly opt-in and easy to unsubscribe from.
How we store and protect your data
Your data is stored in a secured database. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate 100 Strong (for example, email delivery and hosting), with NetMinistry as the operator of the service, or when required by law. Optional, clearly-labeled services (such as paid advertising help from NetMinistry) are provided under their own terms, and you choose whether to use them.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We keep any analytics minimal and use it only to understand and improve how the resource is used.
Children
100 Strong is intended for pastors and ministry leaders. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
You can view and update your account information at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
