Welcome to 100 Strong, a free ministry resource operated by NetMinistry. By using this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The service

100 Strong provides guidance, tools, and tracking to help pastors grow their churches toward 100+ members. It is offered free of charge for ministry use and is provided "as is." The content is general and educational in nature.

Your account

• Provide accurate information when you register.
• Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service - for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, or use it to harm others or violate the law.

Stories and content you submit

When you submit a testimonial or other content, you confirm it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. You grant 100 Strong permission to review, lightly edit for length and clarity, and publish it (with the attribution you provide). We may decline to publish or later remove any submission at our discretion. We will not publish your contact email.

Our content

The 100 Strong name, logo, materials, and methodology are owned by NetMinistry or its licensors. You may use them for your own ministry. Please don't resell, redistribute, or repackage the content as your own.

Not professional advice

100 Strong offers practical ministry guidance, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Decisions with legal or safety implications - such as incorporation, tax-exempt status, insurance, and child-protection policies - should be reviewed with qualified professionals (for example, a local attorney, your accountant, and your insurer) and must comply with applicable law in your area. Results will vary from church to church; we don't guarantee any particular outcome.

Third-party services

We may point you to optional, clearly-labeled third-party services (such as paid advertising help from NetMinistry). Those are provided under their own terms and pricing, and using them is always your choice.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetMinistry and 100 Strong are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
